Cameron Crouch
Broker/Owner
As the Broker/Owner of Gulf Coast Properties & GCP Commercial, Cameron Crouch has over 20 years of experience in the real estate business. Cameron received his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate in 2004 from Baylor University. Cameron grew up in Friendswood, TX and still resides there with his wife and two daughters. He and his wife, Katy, work together to take on day-to-day tasks in the office and do residential sales together.
Cameron has steadily grown in the commercial side of real estate. His strong negotiation skills, persistence, and desire to please his clients have led him to take on great things in the commercial industry. He has built great working relationships with a multitude of large companies and is known to some local realtors and lawyers as "the commercial broker" in town. His recent tasks have included strategically acquiring large tracts of land for a large company for future development, leasing out multiple office and retail spaces while doing some management of tenants, selling odd-ball commercial properties and finding buyers for the highest and best use. He has worked with many other business' to help them expand on new levels.
Cameron and Katy are real estate investors themselves and love to work with other investors on an array of projects like commercial strip centers, subdivision development, and house flips.
He has been featured in the Houston Chronicle Business section Deal Of The Week not once, but twice now. Once from representing a large engineering company serving the oil and gas pipeline industry to acquire a new building for their new headquarters in 2016. In 2017, he was featured with the owners of Big Horn BBQ for their acquisition of land for their second location in Manvel, TX.
When Cameron is not working, he loves spending time with his family, going to the lake, skiing in Colorado, and has a passion for airplanes as he used to be a commercial airline pilot.

Katy Crouch
Salesperson
Katy Crouch has worked in and around real estate for about 20 years, while obtaining her salesperson license in 2011. Cameron and Katy met at a Re/Max Pearland real estate office in 2005, so running their own real estate brokerage only came natural. They have built a solid clientele base for residential and commercial clients in the Houston Bay Area through trust and knowledge of the area. Katy manages the office's daily tasks and loves to work with clients to prepare homes to be listed for sale as well. She stages homes beautifully to make sure they are picture perfect and ready to list to get sold quickly. Katy and Cameron work alongside each other on their own real estate investing and love to work with other investors on various projects.
She loves spending time with her family and friends. Katy's interests include, gardening, vacationing to the lake, playing tennis, traveling, and living a healthy lifestyle. Her and her family are members of New Hope Church.

Kameron Mantell
Salesperson
Kameron Mantell knows Texas! Being that she was born and forged in the very heart of it, this not only brands her to the Lone Star State, it is also her state of mind. Raised on a 300-acre ranch just outside of Waco, running cattle and training horses along with the involvement of the family construction company, she is no stranger to the equity of hard work and the lay of the land. It is here that her love for Agriculture and Real Estate flourished. Kameron attended college at West Texas A&M on a Horse Judging Scholarship and then moved to Austin where she earned a trade degree in Cosmetology. Shortly after meeting her now husband Travis, she relocated once again to the South Texas Coast, where she says she was “always meant to be!” After the birth of their third child in 2016, Kameron decided to put her passion and vast knowledge of Texas to work obtaining her Real Estate license and diving into Ranch and Commercial sales head first. She also enjoys the residential side of sales as she certainly understands the importance of security, foundation, and comfort in your own home.
Kameron and Travis continue to keep family at their core, together heading Travis’ long time family business of Commercial Land Maintenance. With one child heavily involved in all things FFA, another engulfed in sports and the third an avid competitor in Rodeo, there isn’t much time to spare, but what little they do have you’ll be sure to find them on the Galveston Bay fishing, boating or just relaxing in their “Happy Place”.
